This is the first-ever wine made by Filomena Wine Co. We’re releasing it as a ten year celebration with a custom label and special gold foiling.

Winemaking notes: Indigenous yeast fermentation, aged in a 600L neutral oak puncheon for 3 years before bottling.

Tasting notes: Bold, dark fruits, cinnamon, and slight menthol notes on the nose. Beautifully integrated/aged tannins on the palate, black fruit pushes through the center to a spiced, uplifting finish.
